Late in the afternoon, a USAF B-52H Stratofortress fly in - and flew out. After an eight hour flight from its base in Guam, the giant Stratofortress simply flew past the airshow and then turned back East to return to Guam. Sixteen hours of mind numbing flying, detrimental to the environment - though frankly the whole day's operations forced one to take a blind eye to such impacts.
