Our hesitant progress through the day meant that we arrived at the Bay Of Pigs museum after its closing time. However, we'd just been introduced to the Cuban concept of "2nd Income" - a way of supplementing your regular income on the quiet - so I suggested that a closed museum was just the right place to see how it worked. The security guard, charged with shutting up shop, instead found himself letting our group in for a hurried look. At the other end, he received a generous thankyou in hard currency, which was reported to be received joyfully. The museum itself - well it seemed to be a little one-sided in its telling of what was undoubtedly a sorry tale in JFK's Presidency.
